CATLA PAC shall be operated solely and exclusively for the purpose of influencing the nomination and election of candidates for public office and providing financial assistance to public officeholders by raising funds for political action and from such funds making contributions to those nominees, candidates, and officeholders for their past, present or future campaign or office expenses without regard to party affiliation, who by their activities personal conduct, and record of performance, have ably demonstrated their support for the advancement of the remedies of those members of the general public who are injured or damaged and must seek redress at law and who further support such objectives as a means of promoting justice and human welfare.
